Hypnosis may help you sleep better
A recent study, researchers were able to measure its effects by monitoring brain activity in a group of healthy, young women as they took a 90-minute nap after a hypnosis session.
The women who were the most susceptible to hypnosis spent 80% more time in deep sleep after listening to the hypnosis tape. The study added that, unlike over the counter sleep meditation, hypnosis had no adverse side effects. [Source]
